35 Years of Sound Financial Guidance

Thirty-five years ago, I started my accounting career in India. Since then, I've watched tax codes rewrite themselves, technology replace entire categories of work, and the way businesses operate change almost beyond recognition. Spreadsheets replaced ledgers. Cloud software replaced spreadsheets. What used to take a team of people a week now happens in an afternoon.

But one thing hasn't changed: the value of sound financial guidance.

Every client I've worked with, whether an individual filing a personal return or a business navigating an audit or a major transition, has needed the same thing at the core: someone who understands their full financial picture, tells them the truth about it, and helps them make good decisions with that information. Software can automate calculations. It can't replace judgment built over decades of seeing how financial decisions actually play out.

That's the principle Gondhi Associates was built on. We're a full-service CPA firm, but more than that, we try to be the kind of advisor clients can call before a decision, not just after one. Tax season is when most people think of their accountant — but the guidance that actually saves money and prevents problems tends to happen the other eleven months of the year.
